		<description>And not to mention that there are zillions of little companies being formed around Rails and Rails apps because indeed the productivity level rises.  Heck - entire hosting companies are now marketing the Rails crowd - do a Google search for "Rails Hosting" and you'll see the swarm of competition ... there are even a bunch of places to get a free account to try it out - which I'd recommend to those who are curious.</description>
